Happy valentine's day, for those who do have valentines. Happy chocolates day, to those like me who are forever alone.
Talking about being forever alone, some people see it as unfavourable and shameful. I really honestly don't mind. Don't lecture me with all those cliché facts about marriage. I really don't care. You can depend on a friend, if there happens to be one who's also forever alone. You can depend on your siblings. Why a random man you met for a couple of years?
I have this too-mature neighbour at school who proclaims that falling in love at 11/12 is totally usual and is not wrong. Another friend, my neighbour's best friend, threw a question at me, "Cecilia, you really never developed a crush on anyone?"
The answer was a sure and absolute no. I really can't find any reason to depend on a random man, they're not appealing in any way. Below are the reasons why I'm not into dating and marriage:
1) I believe in depending on any kind of female more than a male. In the sense that I'm 5000000% straight.
2) Males do not appeal to me.
3) I have zero interest in babies.
4) I don't want one more person to worry about.
5) I want a career. So bad.
6) I like the idea of friend groups living together.
So that's pretty much why, from a very young age (5), I insisted I would not marry or date.
Moving on to affection. I have no idea if this is counted as love or not. Strong affections, even those in fangirling, they count. I assume. I call affection the atoms (particles) and love the real matter. Yes, I have been intensely fangirling and making everyone feel exasperated. I admit that I had the slightest bit of affection towards those I fangirl over. Well, you dirty minded, please think properly.
Anyways, my conclusion is that it's valentine's day, and we should love more passionately. Just joking. We should make use of love, since it is often our biggest motivation, to do things with passion.
