Happy saturday.

Today, I took time to visit my junior school again since I could afford the time to. Even though there is a enormous pile of work waiting for me at home, I won't regret my decision. As much as my parents call me stupid for that, I believe it is totally worth it. Right now, I am departing with a huge smile on my face.

I hope that through visiting, it's not only me who feels happy. It's my biggest wish that I can benefit the younger ones with what I do. I have been involved in volleyball activities since four years ago, seen people come and go, and I've watched the people in the team this year grow from a club member to a team member. Even though I'm not that old and experienced like a teacher or a coach, I've seen them improve a lot.

I like to think of it as a family. Some of the older ones in my senior school's team was once those who had been training with me for like, two or three years. A lot of them have left throughout the years, and I believe it's important to do all I can, so that I could make the younger ones find happiness in it. I don't love them because I own a godlike heart, it's just because we all belong to the same community. It's a hidden truth that I dislike some of the younger ones, but I will never show the hatred. Because in a community, there will be people who have different views and characteristics, and if I don't act the same towards all people, some people will be upset.

I'm glad because I am still given the chance to practise with them and be part of them, so that I can understand and sympathize them a bit more. I still see it as a community I belong to. I honestly do care a lot for each and every member, and it's my sincere wish that they could improve their skills as an entire team, not see each other as rivals. I would also hope to see their sportsmanship improve, since some of the people blame others for their extremely minor faults, causing the atmosphere to become negative.

My faith and hope still lie in you all, so please put all your effort into making this team a strong team in terms of skills and also the bond.
